This pendant of beautiful NZ (pounamu) jade is set in a handcrafted sterling silver claw frame with a satin finish, and suspended on a 24" silver plated chain. The frame is carefully made to fit the back side and the claws hold the stone securley in place.
The stone has been tumbled smooth and oiled to bring out its natural beautiful green tones. The pieces in this style are designed to enhance the natural surface, edge and shape, and framing it in such a way that the stone is the star of the show...
The pendant part measures 5.7cm long and 2.7cm at its widest points, and up to 7mm thick in places.
Please note, I have used silver plated chains to keep the total cost lower and this pendant can easily be switched over to another chain of your own, or I can also supply it on a braided wax polyester cord upon request.
Pendants come in their own gift box with a polishing cloth.
